From June of 2018 to November of 2018 Indiana Skunk Rescue has helped/saved 4 domestic skunks and over 90 wild skunks! We have done a TV spot on Wish TV and Pet Pals TV, 22 educational programs, attended 14 festivals educating the public on skunks, did the scarecrow exhibit on the Danville, IN. square, Get Involved 2018 event, Special Olympics. Just to name a few things we are doing to educate the public on skunks.
In 2019 Julie did 185 educational programs! Numerous vending events! Unfortunately in 2020 covid-19 struck and public events we're not allowed. Hopefully in 2021 Julie can get back out there and start doing educational programs again :-)
If you would like for Julie to come to your school, church, 4-H, Girl/Boy scouts, library etc. please contact us and we would be happy to come! Julies fee for doing a program is a monetary or item donation for the animals.
